The underwater world is a wonderful place to explore and with the proper training you can discover an environment unique to mankind. Scuba Diving is slowly searching what could prove to be man's last frontier on earth. Three fourths of the Earth's surface is covered with water, and most of it is not only unexplored, but has not even been seen by man. This enormous, and exciting realm is only open to the certified scuba diver.

The SCUBA instructors at underwater adventures llc are certified and trained to teach safe scuba diving skills and will work one-on-one with those needing more help. If you have already taken the plunge why not further your scuba techniques by taking a continuing education or specialty course. Or, perhaps it has been awhile since you've been in the water, we suggest a refresher course to brush up on your skills and dive tables.

With certified NAUI, PADI, YMCA, & DAN instructors, a wide range of courses, and diver specialties are currently being offered from the novice to skilled diver; from SCUBA Diver through Dive Master and Instructor. Continuing education courses covering more extensive scuba training are offered for the serious minded diver. Our Scuba courses are taught in a large classroom setting on-site using up-to-date dvds and power point-to make learning more interesting. With a solid reputation in the state of Louisiana community for safe, professional training, we have gained access to many facilities around the Baton Rouge area including Local Area YMCAs, (A.C. Lewis, Pennington and Manship), several LSU Aquatic Facilities, Ketcham Fitness Center, and Baton Rouge Marine Institute. We use 10-18' regulation, heated indoor pools which allows us to give our students full benefit of practice in shallow as well as deep water situations. This will safely prepare you for your exciting openwater scuba check-out dive to come.
